The Maker

One bench. One person. One of one.

After years of learning about watches and watch design, and working for decades with consumer product marketing and manufacturing, I made the decision to start the Barger Watch web store in 2024 after starting the company for local services a few years earlier. I specialize in custom watch dial design and fabrication utilizing laser engraving to achieve sculptural bas-relief engraving, champlevé-style, and engine-turned-style geometric patterns. Barger Watch custom dials are fabricated in our Georgetown, Texas workshop. My focus and passion is to make unique, and treasured timepieces for my clients.

As a one-person operation, my availability to accept new work is limited. I only take on about 30 custom dial and watch projects each year. Our Philosophy & Craftsmanship

I primarily use mainstream Swiss and Japanese movements that have been used in millions of large and luxury brand watches and have a long history of reliable service. Because the movements have broad use they also enjoy the ability to be serviced by a large number of watchmakers world-wide. I enjoy learning about and working on mechanical movements and am able to service many aspects of the movements I offer. I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge and expertise on the many facets of watch making.

My primary focus for Barger Watch is on the design and craftsmanship of unique watch dials for my clients. I focus on making amazing custom watches based on the designs and ideas my customers have. I use my skills in art and design to bring those designs to fruition in the form of a watch.

Built in Georgetown, Texas

I am a small micro-brand watch company, and the sole operator of my independent watch brand. I have limited production availability, and every customized watch I build is built by me with components I fabricate, or high quality watch components I import from my trusted suppliers.
