Return Window: For eligible items, there is a 30 day return eligibility period from when the product was shipped.
Condition: The items must be unworn and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags affixed, and accessories that were included.
Customized pieces and Maker's Market Items: There are no returns for customized work, or for any Maker's Market items once accepted.
Return Authorization Required: Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before sending your item back. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. Please request the return by sending an email to service@bargers.com. If we receive the request at another of our email addresses, or through another method, we will work diligently to process it as if it was sent to service@bargers.com.
Shipping Costs for Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, ensuring the item, and packing it well to avoid damage in return transit. Items damaged or lost while being returned will be the responsibility of the purchaser and credit will not be able to be issued for damaged or lost goods.
Original Condition: Returned items must be received in their original condition. Items that are not in original condition are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase after the return is received and inspected to make sure it qualifies for a return and refund. If paid by a credit card, the processor charges a non-refundable processing fee of up to 5% when the product was purchased. This amount will be charged as a re-stocking fee to cover that expense. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We value your business and aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help!
