This is a custom First Responder watch designed to be personalized with details such as badge number, rank, and other information that celebrates a career in public service. Each watch is custom made to represent the type of service and personal details unique to the individual.

Every watch is handcrafted in Texas and features a Swiss-made movement or other customer-selected movement options. Each dial is individually machined, engraved, and hand finished in our Texas workshop, and many dials require dozens of hours of work to complete. Because each watch is made by hand, small variations in finish, color, and detail are normal and make every watch truly one of a kind.
 
The watch case is available in black, silver, or rose gold colors.
 
There are multiple versions of the First Responder watch available, including two automatic movement options and a Swiss-made quartz movement option. The automatic versions appeal to those who appreciate traditional mechanical watches, while the quartz version offers exceptional accuracy and low maintenance while still featuring the same handcrafted dial and build quality.
 
Quartz models feature a visible color accent ring designed to represent the service the watch was built for, with blue representing law enforcement and red representing firefighters. Custom colors are usually available by request; please contact us to confirm availability.

Each custom watch dial is individually designed, engraved, and hand finished. Every watch is delivered as a complete set, including the watch case and either a bracelet or strap. The available options are listed below and can be selected using the drop-down menus.

This First Responder watch is splash resistant and suitable for rain, hand washing, and surface swimming. It is not intended for diving or high-pressure water activities.
 
All First Responder watches include a 1-year limited depot warranty, with additional warranty coverage available for $50 per year, up to a total of 3 years.
 
Existing designs with minimal customization typically require approximately 2 weeks for production after design approval.
