Limited Warranty

Barger Watch Limited Warranty


At Barger Watch, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. We offer a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products.


Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Barger Watch will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.  The decision to repair or replace will be at the sole discretion of Barger Watch.


Warranty Period

Standard limited warranty.  The term of your warranty will be included on your watch product card, which includes the watch model number and serial number. The warranty period for the watch you have purchased is also included on the product page when adding an item to your shopping cart.


How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to receive a Service Request Number (SRN). Please email us at service@bargers.com with your request. All service and warranty work must be set up using an SRN.


Shipping Costs
The purchaser is responsible for prepaying all shipping costs to send the watch to our service center. Barger Watch will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced watch to you.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
  Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modifications.
Damage resulting from water infiltration, including but not limited to watches not rated as water-resistant over 100m, and watches rated for water resistance over 100m where the crown/stem was not properly screwed down or pushed in to maintain water resistance.
  Straps, crystals, batteries, and any other components not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARGER WATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF REVENUE, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

By purchasing and in consideration for Barger Watch offering and delivering the product, the purchaser agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty or the product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The purchaser further agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such legal action shall be in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
