30 Days to Decide

At Barger Watch, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your timepiece, we offer a straightforward 30 day return policy to assist you:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return for your purchase.

Condition: The watch must be unworn and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags affixed, and accessories that were included.

Return Authorization Required: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your item back. Returns without an RA number can
not be accepted.  Please request the return by sending an email to service@bargers.com.  If we receive the request at another of our email addresses, or through another method we will work diligently to process it as if it was sent to service@bargers.com.

Shipping Costs for Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and prominently displaying the RA number on the package to insure the shipment to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Original Condition: Returned items must be received in their original condition. Items that are not in original condition are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase after the return is received and inspected to make sure it qualifies for a return and refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect the returned item.
