Aluminum precision milled pin vise that has a keyed chuck for all kinds of helpful watch work.  I use these to hand drill holes in my watch tool and for holding small gears and other watch parts by the pinions or ends for polishing or work piece holding.   The chuck accommodates .3mm to 4mm.  
This tool is great in combination with the 3-in-1 watch tool for marking dial feel on the bottom of the dials after engraving by inserting the included 1/32 inch drill bit through the template hole to mark the location.
